Peanut was playing a game on the computer where she had to pick the character she would use. She first picked the boy, then switched it to the girl.

Peanut: "I like the girl face best. I'll try the boy later, but for now I'm not used to it enough"

Mommy picked Peanut up from day care the day before Halloween.

Peanut: "Can we come and trick or treat at my day care?"

Mommy: "Well, we can see, but it's a little far to walk to"

Peanut: "Well, it's just cause I really want to trick or treat here. I saw what candies she has and I really want to eat the candy neclaces"

Getting ready for work/school one morning while eating breakfast...

Daddy: "Ok Kiddo, I gotta go now"

Peanut: "Give me a hug and kiss! I'll miss you"

Daddy: "I'll miss you too!"

Peanut: "When you get to work and you start to have fun, you won't miss me"

Daddy: "Work's not much fun, and I always miss you"

Peanut: "Well that's what happens to me. I miss you but then I start to have too much fun at school and I forget to miss you"

Peanut's great aunt came by and dropped off a bunch of stuff, including a box that had a bunch of different things in it. Peanut was going through the box like it was Christmas...

Peanut: "What's this?"

Great Aunt: "It's brown fabric, you can use it for whatever you'd like. Maybe your mommy can make you a costume out of it for dress up or for Halloween"

Peanut: "Yeah! I can be a POTATO!"

(Mommy side note, she won't be a potato. Having to explain to all the neighbors that she is supposed to be a potato and that she asked for it would just be too much. Princess it is!)

Peanut had her first school field trip. When mommy picked her up from school she asked her how it went.

Peanut: "It was really fun! I was in a team with my friend B and her mom. B got a really big pumpkin, her mommy helped her get it. B whines a lot!"

Daddy: "You're number 1 in my heart"
